OUR POLICY ON QUALITY

As North Aegean Motorway, in line with our corporate mission “to provide services that create added value to regional trade and tourism, taking into account the views of all our stakeholders, especially our motorway users”, we are committed to continuously improving our motorway service standards in order to ensure that our motorway users can travel safely and comfortably. For this purpose;

• We use effective technological systems for highway safety and continuously improve their applications in accordance with the applicable highway management and other applicable legislation.
• While providing highway management services that create added value for our country's economy, we attach importance to regional employment and adopt an egalitarian approach in the selection of human resources.
• Ensuring and standardizing the quality of service we provide to our highway users is essential for all operations we carry out, and this principle is embraced and implemented by all personnel working within North Aegean Motorway.
• We contribute to the personal development of all our employees by making training and career plans that will increase their satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• We evaluate the complaints, suggestions and requests received from our highway users and all other related parties and plan our resources accordingly to ensure the satisfaction of all parties.

OUR HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT (SELECT) POLICY 

As North Aegean Highway, in line with our corporate vision “To continuously improve our comfortable and safe travel standards with the awareness of environmental and social responsibility, to provide innovative management activities by attaching importance to process modernization”, we are committed to effectively implementing HSE Management Systems in order to prevent and minimize possible negative impacts on occupational health and safety and the environment during our activities. For this purpose;
 

• We comply with applicable HSE legislation and Employer requirements,
• We assess the HSE risks and hazards of our operations and take necessary measures to eliminate or minimize these HSE hazards and risks,
• We report accidents and incidents and investigate their causes. We develop preventive actions to prevent recurrence,
• We ensure the participation of employees in HSE Management System practices and ensure that HSE culture rules are adopted by all employees,
• We plan training programs and establish effective communication mechanisms to ensure that the zero accident target is adopted by all our employees and subcontractors,
• We identify negative impacts that may harm the environment and plan improvement efforts to prevent these impacts,
• We plan trainings to ensure the most efficient use of natural resources in the performance of our services and minimize the consumption of natural resources,
• We ensure waste disposal with the principle of recycling in order to maintain the protection of sustainable resources and biodiversity.
• By establishing effective relations with local communities, we eliminate negative impacts on the social environment.
• We develop performance monitoring/measurement methods to achieve the Sustainable HSE Policy and the determined HSE targets; we monitor their implementation and aim for continuous improvement through periodic reviews and internal audits.
